Skills-Tracker Privacy Policy

Skills-Tracker provides a Service to report the on-the-job work experiences of registered students in order to support the management of their competency development.

Students (includes apprentices, trainees and part-time trainees) may be registered by Skills-Tracker to use the Service to record information about their employment history and on-the-job experience.

People involved in the management of the student’s training may be registered by Skills-Tracker to use the Service to review the progress of those students reporting to them. These registered users will include:

• Employer representative of the student
• Registered Training Organisation representative (includes teachers) of the student
• State Training Authority representative of the student

Skills-Tracker may record information about web site usage patterns to improve the services provided by Skills-Tracker.

Skills-Tracker will only pass on User's information to:

• those requiring access for the management of training
• relevant authorities, where the use of the web site raises a suspicion that an offence is being committed.

Skills-Tracker will not sell or pass on User's information to any other party.

The Skills-Tracker web server uses cookies to support the operational features of the site. These cookies are only used for the session.
