3. You can pay for Skills-Tracker online using the link for payment on this email, through PayPal even if you are not a PayPal member.
4. Previously registered users will have access granted soon after receipt of online payment. New users will have access granted after their registration is authorised and soon after receipt of online payment.
5. Your login and password will be emailed to you.
