Skills-Tracker provides a service to report the on-the-job work experiences of registered
students in order to support the management of their competency development. Skills-Tracker
may provide access to this Service, provided Users register and agree to the following
Terms and Conditions.
Users will access and use the Service in accordance with any instructions or conditions
notified by Skills-Tracker from time to time.
Skills-Tracker may continue to modify and develop the Service in any way and that
Skills-Tracker retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, the application
used for the Service and all information contained in the Service.
Skills-Tracker may restrict or refuse access to the Service by any User for any
reason at any time.
Skills-Tracker assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store information
entered into the Service.
It is Skills-Tracker policy to respect the privacy of all Users. Please note that
the Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Users must treat passwords issued for access to the Skills-Tracker web-site as secure
personal information, as such, passwords must be kept secret, stored in a secure
place and not disclosed to anyone else.
